Narrative description of the project
The purpose of this mandate is to: i) Strengthen the capacity of training institutions (ENAM and FSEG) and of public administration in terms of managing the offer and demand for training and of supplying training workshops; ii) Provide consulting support in the form of coaching to the Training Engineering Department of the Ministry in charge of the Civil Service and Administrative Reforms; iii) Matching the training offer in Niger with the needs of individuals and institutions, taking into account the ongoing reforms and the future needs of the public administration; and (iv) Building the capacity of public officials in key areas of public management
